Need about 5 or 6 recpes I can fix on vacation.?

My hubby and I rented a condo on the beach for our vacation this year. The condo only has a stove and microwave. No oven. So I need 5 or 6 meals for the the stovetop or microwave that are easy. We will probally be tired at the end of the day and not feel like cooking much. We love any meat or vegi.

Here's a few...all you'll really need to cook with these are pots & pans.

-Salmon with Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes & Almond Green Beans:
Wash & prep your green beans then set aside. Wash, drain & cube your potatoes. Put them on boil in a saucepan. Season your salmon fillets to taste (leaving the skin on to prevent shrinkage). Heat up your skillet on med. high heat, add in some olive oil and a pc. of butter. Place your salmon fillet in the pan skin side down. Leave alone for about 3 min. then flip gently. Add the green beans around the salmon fillets & add in some toasted almond slices. Let them everything cook for another 3-5 min. stir the beans around gently from time to time. Drain the potatoes. Add in butter & a little cream. Smash with the back of a fork. Add in seasoning. Plate up the fillets on your serving platter. Sprinkle the green beans around the fillets. Add some smashed potatoes on the side and you are all set.

-Polish Kielbasa Sausage with Onions & Peppers:
This one's really easy...it's a one pot meal. Slice up a precooked Polish Kielbasa Sausage add it to a med. hot skillet. Toss in: 1 med. onion (cut into quarters), red & green bell peppers cut into slices) 6-8 fingerling potatoes or baby red potatoes & about 6-8 button mushrooms (preferably Crimini not white for better flavor). Brown everything up nicely for about 10 min. or so and you are ready to eat. Enjoy.

-Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & Basil Tomato Soup:
Make your normal grilled cheese sandwich but instead of just using processed American cheese, use: A slice of smoked gouda, swiss, brie & provalone (or fontina). Grab a carton of premade tomato soup, heat it up and add in fresh basil leaves (chiffonade cut = stack the leaves up, roll them up into a bundle and slice thinly into ribbons) & minced fresh garlic.

-Cajun Shrimp Boil (another one pot meal):
Take a large pot & fill half of it with water. Bring it to a boil. Add in 2 lemons cut into wedges, 1 T. Salt, 1/2 pepper, 1 bag of Zatarans (Shrimp boil-leave the bag whole, don't cut it open). Once it comes to a boil turn it down and add: 3-4 dozen med. count shrimp (with the shells & tails still on), 6-8 small red potatoes, 2 ears of fresh corn (broken in half), (optional: 2 hot link sausages). Bring it to a boil again and then simmer on med. heat for about 10 min. Drain the pot and pour everything into a large bowl. Spread out old newspaper all over your patio table. Set out the bowl of shrimp, a plate of lemon wedges, a bottle of Crystal hot sauce, and some cold beer or lemonade to compliment your Peel-n-Eat Shrimp Boil Dinner. Toss the shells on the newspaper, roll it up and toss when you are done. Ah...the taste of summer!

Have a great vacation!!!!!

Honestly, I feel you'll just have to wait and notice the way you consider round that point. If you happen to think at ease sufficient to go away him for a few days go for it! My son is 6 months ancient and he just started to crawl and be trained new matters and i hate to be away for more then a day. I dont need to overlook the looking at him grow and be trained. He's my first little one and i really like him a lot. He is this type of joyful little one and he makes me pleased when Im upset and after I exit with my friends to lunch after like four-6 hours I particularly begin to miss him. I do know I sound obssesed with my son but time goes so rapidly and that i dont want to miss a factor. Me and my husband go out one per week on my own even as he visits a grandparent and then every other week i go out to lunch with a pal that method I get a destroy but i can nonetheless return to see my little one as quickly as Ive gotten the time i need! Excellent good fortune!

You can make a lot of foods like Cottage Pie, either in the MW, or on the hob, but skip the baking part.
I would suggest you make a few meals if you can freeze them,at the condo so if you are tired you can heat and eat.
I cook most of my meals on the stove and you may find it is easy to cook earlier in the day so they are ready to heat and eat when you get home, or have everything ready to cook.

1.) In a pan on the stove top heat up some extra virgin olive oil, cook some chicken breasts with garlic, salt, and pepper, and then caramelize some onions. Serve over a bed of lettuce with other favorite raw vegetables and dressing of choice. Top with cheese, feta or Parmesan, or even mozzarella. Chic peas and or croutons are also always good.

2.) In a pan on the stove top heat up some thick pieces of turkey. In another cook some bacon. Put inside some good sandwich bread with avocado slices and mayo or ranch dressing if you want.

3.) In a pan on the stove top cook ground beef patties. The raw patties are smashed into a "patty" with your hands after you mixed in a raw egg and some season all. Cook until done and put on a kaiser roll or English muffin with all the fixings you like. In a 2 quart microwave safe dish with a cover, heat up a can of vegetables or beans as a side.

4.) One night have breakfast for dinner. Try your favorite omelet or just do pancakes!

5.) Have an appetizer night. You can hard boil some eggs the day before to make deviled eggs. Use the microwave to make some chicken quesidillas, all you need is precooked chicken from the deli section, tortillas, sprinkle cheddar, and sour cream and salsa on the side. Mini hot dogs-you can buy a bag of them and boil them on the stove top, put them on a plate with toothpicks in them, then dip them in little cups of all your favorite dipping sauces.

6.) Steaks! Season them really good with extra virgin olive oil, a little bit of vinegar, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Let them marinade over night. Toss in mushrooms and onion if you like. Cook them on the stove top the next day. Serve with side salad.
