1st time doing shrooms. Any advice?

So I plan on doing shrooms, but the internet has a lot of conflicting information on this topic. I'd like to note that i've smoked weed plenty of times, gotten drunk, and tried molly. So this won't be my first 'non sober' experience.
What are the short and long term effects of shrooms? I've heard flashbacks and vision problems, but these aren't true for 1 time uses is it? I don't want to randomly trip at work!
Also, I may do shrooms again with an out of town friend, but i don't plan on ever doing shrooms more than, like, 3x. Any advice on what to do to make it the most enjoyable and what to expect afterwards would be nice. thanks in advance!

The affects of shrooms lasts about 6-8 hours! The affects are different for everybody but a common thing to be found while on shrooms are hallucinations! You won't be in the right state of mind to do anything pretty much all day and really it's not a good idea! Everybody reacts differently to different things and that could mean risking having these things happen even after one use! Plus they're drugs you said you've already done drugs so 3 times will turn into more! And work? Forget about it! You won't be in a condition to work! You'll do a whole lot more than trip!

Yeah go for the 1up shrooms. They will make your trip much longer. They are green and go really fast. So you have to grab them before they fall off the edge.

Just don't do them at all. You have already gotten yourself pretty deep in drugs and stuff. You can still change, trust me. My uncle went through the same thing as you, he took drugs all the time. But then he finally decided enough is enough so he stopped. It was hard for him but he did it. I know people who take drugs don't like to listen to this sort of thing but at least take this answer into consideration.

Just don't do drugs at all! Also, once you do drugs like shrooms you'll get addicted. 3x will tun into 10x, and then even more.
