Anyone knows of any good forums to discuss politics? This part of Yahoo Answers is overrun with people slinging mud. I'd like to see more real questions with real answers, and not just a bunch of ignorant douche fights!

Nope. Maybe things will calm down here after the election (don't bet on it), but now it seems mostly populated by people who have to inject the daily talking points into their questions and aren't really looking for serious answers.

not really. A year or so ago, the contributors were better educated, intelligent and had real dialogue. Now, well I only come here once in a while, and there is a lot of mudslinging and 'oh you're a liberal' or there are always the 'repukelicans'. or some other nonsensical labelling. You're better off discussing politics with yourself.
(No one really cares what people think here in this forum anyway. It's just something to do.)

I bet you are a trust fund Libertarian teen who wants to talk about "what the Founding Fathers REALLY mean't" and the "ideology of politics" instead of what is actually going on.

I`m not sure it`s possible to find such a sight where you can discuss politics. I just watch Fox News and they have both sides discus politics but you can`t do it with them.Y/A is no more than a place where you can see just how uninformed and hate filled people are.
