The presiding judge over his first trial openly admitted that Scott didn't get a fair trial. His appeal brief has just been filed. Who's ready for Nancy Grace's incessant bitching, once he's granted a new trial?

If he doesn't get a new trial the whole US legal system has failed. However given the terrible record of California's superior courts it's hard to know how many times he will have to appeal before this happens. Don't hold your breath - it's not like Italy.
