Because sometimes their testosterone levels get too high and they become mean spirited and aggressive. Don't think too much about it; all men are made that way. The difference is that some men can control it while others can't.

Just like girls get their period... guys get their own form of a "period" only they don't bleed for 7 days straight and have massive cramps like girls do.
