What can I do to fall asleep?
Every night it takes me until 3 4 or 5 to get to sleep. I go up to bed at 11 or 12. It enrages me that I can't sleep, I've tried exercise, and I've cut away stimulants completely, no help. I've also tried sleep hypnosis and melatonin, both were useless. BTW: I don't have a doctor (no health care) so don't tell me to see one. Thanks for your help.
