Question for Muslims.?

I have a copy of the Quran on my computer. Am I allowed to delete it? Would it be the same as burning a Quran?

God is a comedian, playing to an audience too afraid to laugh.

First, if it's not precisely the original words revealed in Arabic and memorised by Muslims in China, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and America, then strictly speaking it is not the HQ (Holy Qur'an)

Secondly, al Qur'an means "the Recitation". So strictly speaking even the original words of the HQ recorded on paper or any other media are just codes recorded on a medium. They only become the Qur'an when recited.

So strictly speaking, the HQ is really almost impossible to destroy. That is why it's probably the world's only perfectly preserved scripture.

There's not much difference between that and a memorized Quran in a human brain. Therefore, if you destroy that brain, you destroy a memorized Quran. What does that mean for a muslim suicide-bomber ?

delete it ...and then repent and find freedom with Christ...
