Medical, that is, making it the most expensive medical system on earth and making it so expensive that only the very upper class can afford it.
As it is, medical care takes about 2.7-trillion dollars a year to treat only a portion of our population. I understand we've been rated about 50th in the world in the overall quality of healthcare. Now, how are those apples?
