Medical, that is, making it the most expensive medical system on earth and making it so expensive that only the very upper class can afford it.
As it is, medical care takes about 2.7-trillion dollars a year to treat only a portion of our population. I understand we've been rated about 50th in the world in the overall quality of healthcare. Now, how are those apples?

The US will go bankrupt sooner with the federal government controlling our health care. Particularity a government with an admirable 100 % failure rate on operating any major social program.

If a CPA did the books of this country, we would discover that we are, indeed bankrupt - right now. It wasn't the AMA who did it either.
