Anyone recognize this anime description?

I allready asked this once today, figured I'd give it another shot.

All I can remember was this scene:

A lot of "quite tough looking but ecchi dressed" women with body armor and swords were inside some sort of fortress (on the plaza), they all looked as if they're able to hold their own in any situation.

There they were attacked by some incredibly powerful beast/man ish thing (sorry can't describe it better). They are getting cut up one by one in a very gory fashion while the 'beast/man ish thing' is boasting about how powerful it is.
Only one of them seems to have enough strength to fight that thing though but it looks as if she's about to get defeated aswell.

Someone suggested:

Freezing
Fate/stay night
Fate/zero

It looks a lot like Freezing but that's not it, the one I'm talking about looks a lot more gory.

Hope this is enough info.. sorry if it sounds vague.

I didn't see any male good or bad guys except for the monster-ish guy (looked half bear, half wolf, half man to describe it better, and it was huge) in the scene i'm talking about.

Yes I checked high school of the dead (allready watched it some time ago) that's not it unfortunately, but thanks for the effort! :)

I thought it could be Claymore but from what I've seen so far, it's nowhere near as gory as the scene I'm describing.. Also, there were like, 12 or 15 of the armored women that were there... maybe that helps?

@Guts, thanks for your time so far!

No I've not seen the ending, it might be... would you happen to recognize the 'slaughter scene' I'm talking about than? I mean, the women were getting seriously OWNED by that thing... cutting them up one by one, bodyparts flying everywere. If you're sure that's in there I'll probably go watch it =p

Btw before you think I'm some sort of a madman, I liked it because of the fighting techniques I saw, rather than all that gore lol.

I think you might be right with Queen's Blade, the women look the same anyway, but I can't seem to find a single 'gory' pic on google so I'm still not entirely sure o.O

might desire to be "Neon Genesis Evangelion". Gendou Ikari (short, black hair and beard, additionally black outfits, if that enables) wore around, purple/orange-tinted glasses in that one. maximum of the artwork substituted nevertheless backgrounds (some repeated for budgetary purposes) with voice-overs for animation. there replaced into numerous symbolism in it, lots of it particularly imprecise, and the colour purple (and blood) figured prominently in that symbolism. there have been additionally numerous dark scenes, possibly extra effective than there have been nicely-lit ones. And interior the ultimate credit, between the main important characters — a quick-haired female named Rei — is shown suspended the different way up and spinning in the previous a blue historical past which helpful factors an entire moon pondered in a physique of water(?). it would desire to not be what you have been searching for, yet i wish that it enables, if even slightly.

It is not Fate/Stay Night and I suspect it is not Freezing or Fate/Zero either. It might be Queen's Blade.

Hmmm... Could be gantz, maybe

Gantz has some gory scenes, but the main character is a guy.
