Why does my shoulder hurt and how can I fix it?
I've been having shoulder pain recently during and after I workout (push-ups - pull-ups - and benching). At first I barely noticed it after I worked out but now after one set my left shoulder hurts pretty bad, and sometimes it hurts a little when I'm not really doing anything physical. The only thing I can think of that might cause it is that I dislocated it about 7 months ago and it wasn't that bad it pop in and out really fast and it hurt for about 2 weeks but after that I hadn't had any problems until recently and I haven't done anything different. I need to know whats wrong, and what I can do to fix it because I REALLY need to be able to work out and to be in good shape right now.
