Is it safe to use supplements to lose weight that are typically used to gain weight.Im using a calorie deficit?
I eat 1800 calories and use powder supplements because they are more convenient for me to pack in my bad for lunch at work.less space taken up....
I use cytosport. muscle milk protein, and now Carbs gain 100 complex carbohydrate made from corn.
my question is...is it safe, will it raise blood pressure or blood sugar. and how much worse is it than candy with a higher glycemic. index. but its natural?
