I pee a little when I cough?

This is very embarrassing, but I pee a little when I cough. It's not full out peeing myself. It's just a little pee. I'm 21 years old, never given birth. It started to happen a little while ago. Not only that I pee a lot. I have to go to the bathroom at least twice every hour all day long. I wake up to go to the bathroom at least twice in the middle of the night. At times it's a lot more. I stop drinking water around 8 o'clock because of it. I do drink a lot of water. Do I have a URI?

My mom has the same problem, she ALWAYS has to be. She wakes up severe times to take a piss. I think it's normal for her cause she's given birth 3 times. For me, I don't know what's wrong with me but sometimes when I sneeze I pee a lil.
