Where should I move to?

Hello. I'm looking for a new place to live. I understand that there probably won't be any place that fits all my criteria, but if you know of a place that's close to what I want, please advise me.

1. Warm and sunny most of the year.
2. Near a large body of water.
3. The elderly are revered.
4. Children are actually disciplined.
5. Many opportunities in the entertainment business, particularly film and dance.
6. A structured community (that's also friendly and accepting, of course.)
7. *I realize this may be terrible to some* White people are the minority.

Where is this place?

India.
Warm, bloody warm. You've got a fair amount of water around you. Family is one of the most important things in Indian culture, so points 3 and 4 are easily addressed. You have Bollywood at your fingertips, easily satisfying point 5. Family and community will cover point 6. And I think you'll find many people in India are Indian.

Cuba comes the closest to your wishes. Only number 5 on your wish list is suspect. Still, there are probably opportunties in dance, and maybe even a few in film as well.

Sounds like south CA, near the coast, but not too far away from la/hollywood. Try northwest Orange county maybe
