Maybe by some but remember the reality is that people who are depressed have a neurological imbalance and cannot control how they feel. The medicine helps the neurotransmitters that make people happy go back and forth through the axons where a depressed person without medicine those neurotransmitters can go out but cannot come back to the brain which means they do not work effectively. In other words the medicine makes the chemicals that make you happy work. Without them a those chemicals have a hard time working.

So no of you use antidepressants you're not weak. You're just trying to be healthy.

Not at all. If antidepressants can help a person they are probably better off taking them.
