Rarely used it. Now have my own computer and a face book account with my e-mail. I need very precise, step by step directions to get the old fb account off of hubbies e-mail so he can open his own account. Please do not assume that I know anything. Talk to me like I am a 2 year old. I am an old lady and really need the help of you smart, computer savvy young people. Thank you. Waiting for a reply.

What I assume your situation is, you have a new Facebook account, and you would like to permanently delete your old account, so your husband may create his own account with his e-mail address. If this is the case, I may help you.
To delete your old Facebook account and liberate your husbands email for his own use of the website simple go to this link "https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account", whilst logged into the old account. Just click the button saying "Delete my account". Now, there is a gestation period before the old account is deleted, if memory serves, that will be about two weeks. Once that is done, your husband may create a new account with his e-mail address.
