Can I take a shower with a small white burn bubble?HELP ASAP!!?

I burned my finger last week,and right at that time, I put it under cold water. Now its been a week now. First what i did, I let it open to the air. Then I went to school and my friends said that i should pop it otherwise it might get bigger, and one of my friends said that, if i dont wanna pop it, i can wrap it until it gets sweaty and its gonna pop by itself. I did the wrap thingy on November 23. Today(November 24) i opened it and its bigger an my finger is all white. WHAT SHOULD I DO??????????????????????????????????????????

Calm down first of all......gently wash hands with a little bit of soap and lots of water...pat dry (don't rub) and lightly put a band aid over it. Change as needed.
