hiya just wondered are these fake henley jeans

i brought these both pairs and the first ones have been washed twice at 30.c and seem ok still but the second pair i have washed twice at 30.c and the inside of them the orange labels that say henleys have all gone green??? this is the second pair

its jsut i paid £45 for each of them and dunno if there fake or not thanks
