are these fake henleys jeans ?? please help?

hiya just wondered are these fake henley jeans

i brought these both pairs and the first ones have been washed twice at 30.c and seem ok still but the second pair i have washed twice at 30.c and the inside of them the orange labels that say henleys have all gone green??? this is the second pair

    Who CARES if they are fake? Do they look good? That's all that matters.
