how do I cancel my account I have call the 1888 number but they say cant find my account I try the free month but Im barely 5 days since I started it and they put a charge on my bank account I call to cancel but they say they are not able to find the account by the name,the number,the cc that is being already charge , or the email,any suggestions of what can I do to close it

Call them again and demand to speak to a supervisor.
If that fails, call your credit card company and tell them
to delete any charges from that stamp company.

We’re sorry you encountered this experience with Stamps.com. When you signed up for the Stamps.com service, you should’ve received your username in the registration confirmation email. Some banks will add a $1 fee to the credit card to make sure it is active and this fee is typically removed by the bank within 72 hours.
In order to cancel your account, please call the Stamps.com Customer Support Team at 1-888-434-0055 (open Monday – Friday, 6am to 6pm PT). One of the representatives should be able to locate your account with your Stamps.com username/personal information and assist you with the cancellation. You will be provided with a cancellation reference number and this information will also be emailed to you shortly after you cancel.
