You're way back in the series it's still going strong and alot has changed sense the part you're at and narutoget.com is a good site but if you want to spend some money crunchyroll.com has all HD anime with perfect streaming and have a ton of popular subbed animes like Naruto Naruto Shippuden Bleach Blue exorcist ect. but it isnt free well it is but free users have to go through multiple commercials and even though crunchyroll gets animes up and running on their site as soon as they are released free users wont have access to them until a week or so has passed after its release but if you just want Naruto Shippuden for free just use narutoget.com it gets new episodes of shippuden right as they come out but i still prefer crunchyroll.com
Oh yeah as for where you are at let me be more specific if i am interpreting what you are saying correctly then you are at the part where sasuke has worn out his eyes after using to to much so he has to get lets just call him "Madara Spoiler lol" to change out his eyes with a new pair
