Can I replace breakfast with protein powder?

Its 1st step whey protein powder I usually eat 5 times a day and im thinking 1 serving for breakfast and one after my workout. 1 serving = 110 calories and 12g of protein

Yes, just make sure your fibre intake's high enough if your protein intake's high.

ps. You don't need to have a shake post-workout. The idea that it's beneficial to do so is a myth.
