If your the one GETTING the WASR then yes. There high for a reason. Were not out of the woods yet and anything could happen. If some BS AWB gets passed, you'll still be able to buy 1911's!

Here we go again. You're trying SO hard to get rid of this Sig.

Right now, with the situation being as it is, it MIGHT be a good trade because WASR's and pretty much all other AK's are pretty expensive right now.

On the other hand, in six months to a year...if you get more use out of that AK than you did the Sig, then it probably will still be a good trade, even though the Sig is significantly monetarily more expensive.

It's your gun; it's your money.

Do as you will.

normally the sig is worth WAAAAAYY more but right now the wasr might be worth a hair more... maybe. but the wasr's price will be back down within a few months so i would say the sig is worth more and a good trade for who ever ends up with it. i never liked the wasr 10, its like a real cheap junk version of an ak. they have more issues than any ak i know of.

not really. wasr are worth half the price of the sig. they are overvalued right now because of recent events. wasr owners know this and are trying to cash out on their investment. wasrs dont have a great rep in the ak world and are hit-or-miss in terms of quality and problems.

who knows, their perceived value may stay double forever. individual decision

something to consider: do you have a place you can shoot the cheaper bi-metal (steel) jacketed 7.62 ammo for your ak? a lot of ranges dont allow it so you will have to use expensive ammo. even the cheap stuff has jumped up $0.10/rd

I bought a WASR for $400... try finding a Sig at that price. A Sig XO Black MSRP's for over $1,000.
