Can't feel anything when I do crunches?
Hmm am I doing them wrong? When I was out of shape I could only do less than 50 and now I can go up to 200+ more but i haven't got that burn feeling or the next day feeling where you can't laugh cause your stomache hurts. I want that insational burn back! , I've gotten out of shape again and I can't figure out Whatsup.
I do crunches on a ball, on the floor with my knees up, bicycles, leg cross and i make sure to leave my head up and even try to squeeze my stomache as i am doing them.
I can only feel the burn on really hard crunches like v- ups but that's because it takes my entire body to do.
Please leave some advice or even excercises that leave me with my stomache hurting for days!
