Can't feel anything when I do crunches?
Hmm am I doing them wrong? When I was out of shape I could only do less than 50 and now I can go up to 200+ more but i haven't got that burn feeling or the next day feeling where you can't laugh cause your stomache hurts. I want that insational burn back! , I've gotten out of shape again and I can't figure out Whatsup.
I do crunches on a ball, on the floor with my knees up, bicycles, leg cross and i make sure to leave my head up and even try to squeeze my stomache as i am doing them.
I can only feel the burn on really hard crunches like v- ups but that's because it takes my entire body to do.
Please leave some advice or even excercises that leave me with my stomache hurting for days!

you dont want your stomach hurting for days. that implies you strained your abs and you dont get big abs from straining them and tearing those tiny little muscles..they need rest
the burn r pump should be while your doing them, not days later

Slow down. Engage and, then do. Lift intro crunch just using strength of abs. Have someone watch and provide feedback.

You're probably in such good shape that crunches don't affect you. Try some weight training.
