What is the name of this game?

It's like Medal of Honor, that could be its name but I'm not sure, except the main objective is to reduce the enemy's number to zero, not the rescue, infiltrate, etc like the Medal of Honor games that I have played.

You and your enemy have a number of soldiers, including you, at a given time, and the total number of soldiers remain the same on both sides which is reduced when a soldier is killed. If that soldier is from your team and is killed or if you yourself is killed, your total number is reduced by one and is the same goes for the enemy if one of their soldier is killed.

Before the game starts or before you respawn after being killed, you can choose to be a sniper, anti-tank, etc. There are different types of vehicles in this game, like jeeps, tanks, and i think even a jet. That is all I can remember about this game.

Perhaps there is also something about key places that you can capture within the map to make them your own, but I'm not a 100% sure about that.

I see. Lot's of games like that nowadays.. well, one more thing, the time period of this game is not the present. I think it was like WWI or WWII.

Sounds like good ol' Battlefield 1942 to me :)

it is WW2, has respawn bases that your faction tries to capture, and the points yes. decreases with every enemy killed and depends on how many respawn bases your army controls, goes down over time.

if it is not battlefied 1942, then drive a jeep into a tank, then smash a jet into said tank, next door to my house, on top of an orphanage, of cats, with diabetes :D

Battlefield

BC2 and BF3 both ran that system, Dust 514 does it too, its not a terribly uncommon gametype
