I am trying to test an PHP script and I am aware you cant test it without uploading it to a web server?

I have an account with 000 Freehost and when uploading the PHP script it does nothing :/ what do I need to do?

You should probably show us your PHP script...
Webhosts often have disabled PHP error messages by default, so I'm guessing your script does screw up but the error message isn't displayed.

Why don't you get xampp, this way you can test your php stuff on your own computer.

Edit:
Just to make sure, by "does nothing" you mean you ARE opening the .php file in a browser, but the window is empty, right? You know that simply uploading a file won't do anything?

login to your 00freehost account
make sure you have a website if not create a new one
select your website from the list#
go to the CPanel
scroll down and select 'view ftp details'
download filezilla (link listed as a source)
use the details on the webpage to fill in the quick connect bar in CPanel
click quick connect
double click on the public_html folder
delete rename your file default.php and drag and drop it in to the box
when it asks if you want to overwrite the file click yes
go to the url of your website (which can be found in CPanel if you don't know it) and the php page should appear
every time you want to connect to your server you can select it from a drop down menu next to the quick connect button in filezilla
