Who is the most under rated team in Test cricket?

Question

Everybody has their own opinion about who is the most over rated team in Test cricket, but who in your opinion is the most under rated team?

A couple of years ago I would have given it to Sri Lanka, hands down.  They're going through some rebuilding though now, so I'm not sure who I would pick as it's a competitive time and a lot of teams are close together in terms of mental strength and ability.

Who, according to you, is the most under rated team...and why?

Australia and New Zealand. I don't think Australia should be 4th in the rankings and New Zealand are much better than 8th. Both are very decent outfits and have deadly pace attacks on seaming and swinging wickets. I would also say NZ have a batting line up that can rival Oz but both their downfalls are a lack of decent spinners which makes them ineffective in the subcontinent.

I think New Zealand because of their very bad result of test cricket. Recently England has defeated  New Zealand very badly also their performance not like good now. So, I think New Zealand is the most under rated test cricket team in the world or I think South Africa is the most powerful test cricket team in the world.

I'd say New Zealand.

They have threatened their oppositions several occasions recently when many thought that they would get mauled easily.

Even look at the current test series for an example folks...

Has to be the New Zealand. They way they are playing against England at the moment makes a mockery of their current ranking.

Pakistan - best subcontinent team outside subcontinent . Yes they were whitewashed in SA recently but second test match was closely fought ~ and before that series their last 10 test series results show they have been impressive overall :
