I have questions on how the reported answered questions get deleted as being not within the guide lines and I do not see why. I protested a simple answer to a question that was rejected. My appeal was denied.
The question was "What is your favorite car in a Movie?"
My answer was "James Dean's customized 49 Mercury in Rebel without a Cause".
The answer was reported an deleted and my appeal was denied, why?

Almost any "your fave" question is a violation for chatting. This examples would be a violation. If the question is chatting, then you are chatting back, also a violation. Just stay away from any you fave, even in the P&S category.

It is an absolute outrage to have a question reported and deleted and have you penalized for it. Someone asked a question. You answered it politely and factually. You cannot help that it was classified as chat. I would not have thought so and I have 16000 answers. It is far from clear (having read this) what a proper answer is.
