If you look into each one
A) if you insert x= 1 and y = 5, you will have 2 same x value (it is ok to have 2 same y value) >>> (1,6)
B) if you insert x= 9 and y = 2 you will again have 2 same x values......(9,3)
C) if you insert x= 2 and y = 6 you will again have 2 same x values......(2,7)
and when you insert x= 8 and y= 3
there isn't a double 8 in the x values in the relation, that will make it a function
