With teenage pregnancies declining rapidly across the nation is it a good time to go back to .....?

not teaching prevention in school, and going back to when it was more difficult for teens to get protection?

This report is addressing teen births, not teen pregnancies.
How many teen abortions occurred last year which not only kills the baby but in many cases damages the girl physically and emotionally for the rest of her life?

interesting and very good news !!

But they don't have any info on abortions and whether or not their data was taken before or after the hundreds of thousands of abortions in this country.

they also leave out the skyrocketing increase in STD.s

You can't look at it through a straw and except a valid conclusion

Now, if we could just find a way to address the problem of unwed child birth among blacks .. 72%. .we'd be getting somewhere
