Ok here I go. I'm 13, a girl, 136 lbs and 5'3 1/2. So I look fat, like my stomach is bigger than my chest and I look fat. I eat 1.000 calories or more but less than 1,500. I don't know if I'm fat or not but like I have my chest and then when I sit, 3 more layers so I have 4 layers in all. I need a diet plan. Oh ya will it help if I run up and down 14 steps of stairs each day for 15-2O minutes. Thanks I really need help.

Okay, hon you are in the early stages of life where you are beginning to grow up, your body is changing and what not. I myself gained weight when i went though puberty. But the best way to lose weight is to do it the healthy way. You need to be eating a minimum of at least 1500, your body needs energy, which you get from healthy foods. Healthy foods, your diet counts for 60% of weightless, the rest is sleep, and exercise. Exercise! Don't we all love it! Yeah no. Personally I hate working out, but it is necessary to live a healthy life. Not only does it help you get a strong and healthy body, it also helps with boosting your mood, and even make your skin look more radiant! (Every workout, especially if one is thinking of losing weight, should include Cardio (Running, dancing, swimming, etc.) Weight training (Lifting weights, etc.) and toning. The key to living a healthy life style: 1) Exercise! 2) Eat healthy! *But in moderation!! You can have that chocolate, but not everyday!! 3) Sleep! Sleep! Sleep! *Get some sleep, I can not stress how important sleep is 4) Drink water, and lots of it. 5) Don't be so hard on yourself, your just beginning to grow up I hope I have taught you a bit about living a healthy life, and losing weight the healthy way. Stay safe xx
I'm a dietician, and I can definitely help you with this. Make sure to follow these steps to the letter. You will be at the healthiest weight in no time. Step 1) Order pizza Step 2) Wait for pizza Step 3) Eat pizza
Step 2 is where people usually struggle, but if you push through it, you will be rewarded. I have had clients lose 10, 15 pounds simply by doing this.
Reducing your intake of junk sugar would help as in items 22 and 106 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm
The natural sugars in fruits are OK as they are metabolised to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content. Fruits are low in calories and are not fattening.
Most fruits are metabolism boosting foods and most vegetables as well and that helps for weight loss.
