Do YOU think that George Zimmerman is guilty of 2nd degree murder of Trayvon Martin?

We don't have the 'Stand your Ground' law out here in California so I feel he's guilty & that opinion has nothing to do with race, just facts I've come across.

Heck no; it was totally obvious from the beginning when they brought in a radical "special prosecutor" because the real one found no evidence of any wrong doing. To date, absolutely nothing backs up charges of second degree murder and if Martin had survived, he would have been charged with assault in the first degree.

Unlike what the media tells you Trayvon Martin was not a sweet little angel. "Tea and skittles" means "Marijunia and DXM" in street term. As a neighborhood watchman captain, Zimmerman had every right to follow Trayvon who was (quite suspiciously) had something in his hands and was staring at houses in the rain with his hoodie on. George found this suspicious and followed Trayvon to make sure he wasn't doing anything wrong, when the 911 dispatcher told him "we don't need you to do that" again the media lies. 911 dispatchers are NOT trained to say "don't do that". Zimmerman is making his way back to his SUV when Trayvon (with hood still up) confronts him and Trayvon beats him up and gets a cap busted in his ***. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks. The Florida Law (I live here) states that If you fear for your life you can shoot someone which when you're on the ground getting beat by someone, you WILL have no other choice to shoot them because getting beat into the concrete can kill you in no time flat. George did what he had to do and for that, I see him as an American hero. People can make Trayvon an innocent little angel when all he was was a damn pot smoking thug.

Don't play the race card either. George wasn't white. About the same time of Trayvon's death a white couple were killed by black thugs. Where's the media outrage?

It's sad life had to be cut short but you need to think about the consequences before you tell someone you're going to kill them then beat their head in the concrete

Only If the court system finds him guilty. I know I'll probably get a lot of hate for this answer but I believe that all people are innocent until proven guilty. Forget all your possible bias preconceptions about this case and let the jury decide. If he is proven innocent he should be able to go free(he'd probably have to go into hiding somewhere though.) If he is proven guilt he should serve the sentence he is issued by the court.

Yes I believe that Zimmerman is guilty.

@Born..the surveillance video of Trayvon Martin buying skittles and iced tea at the 7 Eleven store has been all over the news genius!

No he was defending himself and the community he serves.

Martin it appears was just out looking for and wanting to cause trouble !!

There's no case whatsoever against Zimmerman . . . He walks free . . .

He should never have been charged in the free place.

What we are again seeing is another American Black family stirring up nonsense
and causing mayhem because their boy quite rightly took a beating for attempting
to attack Zimmerman.

Had there been no gunshot / its Martin who'd be facing & answering to the Law !!
