What's the worst Pokemon?

Too many times I have seen the same question of "what's your favorite" or "what's the best Pokemon"!
So lets have some fun and get your thoughts on what's the worst Pokemon overall? What's the lamest Pokemon and finally which is the worst created legend Pokemon?
I say the worst Pokemon created was snivy or as I say "sniveling". Not only do they lack any kind of hit points but have low defense stats and low spec defense stats. A moderate moveset that is made worst because it is a starter in a game where grass type have more dis advantages than advantages.
The lamest is the unknown, I mean come on! Really? A Pokemon in the shape of letters! How lame! If it wasn't for their incredible move sets and durability they would have my vote as worst overall
Celebi is the worst legend Pokemon ever! A grass psychic type, really? Did they not think this through? A legend that is weak to every move type but one. Nice stats, nice moveset but really what could it duel against and not get hammered? With duel class Pokemon and all of its weakness, every Pokemon should be able to obtain a super effective hit on celebi.

Hear me out, you DID ask for my opinion :)

Woahhh I like Snivey! Thought it was a pretty decent Grass Pokemon, and I totes like the design of it!

Serperior (last evo to Snivey) is a good Pokemon when trained for it's Speed, Sp Def or Attack stats.
This Pokemon is pretty good if you train it as a Supporter or a Status Absorber.
I can prove you wrong with my Serperior, but I serz cbf.

Meganium ( first evo Chikorita) is probably one of the worse Pokemon that I have ever encountered, used and trained. Personally, Chikorita is the worst starter Pokemon ANYONE could start off as. It's just bulky, big and is good for its Defense. It's a good Wall Pokemon, but there are better Pokemon to use. It's moveset is limited to Wall-like Pokemon; unless you're a great strategist in competitive Pokemon battling, using a Meganium is like suicide if you dont train it properly.

Unknown is pretty cool... but the only downfall to this Pokemon is that it can only use Hidden Power (which obviously varies for each Pokemon). It's pretty lame, I agree, but seriously, haven't you at least -tried- to catch all Unknown letters and symbols before?!

When it comes to legendary Pokemon, I think the worst legendary would have to be Shaymin. Celebi is pretty decent as its a Grass/Psychic, but Shaymin is a Grass Pokemon, and if you make it hold a Gracedia, it becomes a Grass/Flying. OBVIOUSLY this combo of types makes Shaymin 400x more weaker (instead of 200x) against MAJORITY of the Pokemon types there is! This is definitely worse off than Celebi.
