Do some guys have some kind of prostheses in their scrotum?

It isn't any secret I like to service other guys; So I was touching this one guy's scrotum and his nuts were unnaturally hard almost like there was some kind of prostheses in his scrotum. Is that even possible? Why did it feel like that?

Yes, some men who are missing a testicle for one reason or another have a dummy testicle implanted to restore normal appearance.

A guy who may have lost a testicle due to injury or illness may indeed have a prostheses.
