Can I move to Europe now?

I'm afraid that congress is going to give a thumbs up to bombing syria.

Why do I live in a nation where political leaders like to act before they know all of the information they should?

Would waiting a few weeks to make a decision really kill the US government? It's been stated by the UN it will take around 3 weeks to analyze the data on the chemical attacks. Why are national leaders so quick to jump on a boat that they are oblivious to the direction of?
At least the government of the UK opposed Cameron's want to bomb syria.

I mean, at this point does anyone really support the bombing of syria?

@Ms Manners- The hundred years war was actually multiple wars, fought over the course of about 120 years. It took place almost exclusively in France, and only 4 nations were involved.

The world wars broke out before Europe was globalized, and every nation was highly competitive with each other. Ever sense the end of the Cold War, actual military intensity in Western Europe has nearly disappeared, discounting Spain and the UK bitching at each other over Gibraltar.

@D' (I don't have the slightest clue of what your name is supposed to be) That is why I don't already live in Europe. I don't want to have to secure another place of living, go through all of the citizenship stuff, find a new job, etc, etc

@MS Manners (Again)- What's even funnier is that you think Yugoslavia was part of Western Europe.

"I mean, at this point does anyone really support the bombing of syria?"

Yes I just saw a liberal defending it and you know damn well if a republican was president and wanting to strike Syria, there is no way in hell this liberal would be defending it.

I get where you are coming from. If congress votes to bomb Syria, it would make me really, really want to move to another country. I'm so sick of the military industrial complex.

Go for it.

Just remember that both world wars were fought in Europe.

Not to mention the 100 years war. :o)

I'm pretty sure France is still in Europe. Sure hope you pick the right country, not one like Yugoslavia, which was still warring in the 90s.

I think you are really funny. :o)

I think it's really REALLY funny that your question doesn't mention western europe, but now you are pretending like it does.

You can always move to Europe. But are you sure that's an improvement?

At least most of the European states don't seem intent on committing national suicide.

So move to Europe. I'll help you pack if you'd like.

Whatsa matter? You voted for a POLITICIAN who you thought would be different from the last guy because you believed everything he fed you? What do you honestly think will be different in Europe?
