A question for those who think God belongs in public schools ..?

What will you do/think/feel when Allah arrives with God? Or did you not think about that?

Rights in this country do not belong to one party, to one religion, to one race. If they don't belong to ALL then they really belong to NONE. What YOU have a right to do to others, OTHERS also have a right to do to you.

Generic 'you' and 'others' .. includes all of us.

This is under politics because it's about LAWS.

So some of you think I want to bring Allah to schools. I don't. Some think this country's government was founded on Christianity. It wasn't (separation of religion and state). Some think you can't pray at ALL in school .. you can .. silently .. any time. So back to the question:

What will YOU FEEL/THINK/DO -IF- laws that forbid the leading of prayers every morning (like when I was a child) really WAS overturned? The point I'm trying to make is that the people who are pushing for God to return to our schools as an answer to all evils seem not to realize that the CITIZENRY of this country is sooo much more diverse now and that it would then allow ALL 'forms of God' equal rights to be in schools. What do you THINK about that? I

BTW .. I am NOT advocating the return of ANY God to school. I just want to know what people think of the dynamic this would create because I have seen a LOT of people who are advocating for this!

MY morals do not come from any God .. they come from my innate sense of human decency and respect for others.

Are you implying that we'll regret it if the Muslims Jihad and kill us all?
Because freedom of religion ends with such felonious action.

If you're just saying that the majority of people are Christians, then what?
So there will be some people who are Muslim too?

You my friend are part of the big problem, you think YOU have the right to make the rules, YOU can demand what not everyone will ever agree to and YOU can pick who the majority of people in this country consider God. No one says that we should be FORCED to say prayers but if I wear a cross on a necklace I shouldn't be fired or arrested, if I want to say a quick quiet prayer of grace before I eat I should be allowed to, if I bring my Bible to read at recess I shouldn't be bothered, tell me, exactly how is this going to traumatize anyone else? Your other faith would have me interrupt class how many times a day to chant forcing us all to be a part of your faith, pushing a poor girl who was raped off the roof of the building despite our laws, and the killing of the heathens who don't believe in their God. Tell me just how awful is it that people not kill, not lie, not commit adultery, not swear, be good to your parents, and love everyone such a horrible thing to teach kids?

Allah is not God, Allah is the god of the moon. Notice Allah requires blood, mass-murder, and the abuse of women and sexual abuse of boys. Followers of Allah fight with and kill each other all the time and Islamic societies are snake pits of corruption. Obama was dead wrong in saying we are the largest Muslim country in the world. A stupid remark by a wimpy loser.

God is the creator and that is whom most of the people in America claim to believe in. There are no other gods before Him. I do not worship Allah the moon god.

God should not be excluded from the public schools. That is what I have a problem with. I am not saying that the day should start with prayer, or Bible reading. If you want that, send your child to a private school. However, a Christian group should have the same rights to facilities as any other group.
