How can I make myself sick?

I was feeling really sick on my brothers B-day so I stayed home instead of going to his party, so now im felling better and they will be home in about 2 hours so If they come home and they see that im fine than they think I was faking it and just didn't want to go to the party, so I need to get sick, and I hate lying because I suck at it s please don't tell me to fake it.

Try telling the truth and say it like you mean it. Even if you could make yourself sick you'd still be lying. You might also tell your brother how happy you are for him and how much you love him. I hope you got him a present.
