Is it unhealthy to have an abnormal sleep schedule?

Lately I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep and keep falling asleep later and later each night. recently I've been going to bed at like 5 or 6am every morning, and waking up at like 3 every afternoon. Is this normal? I feel like as long as you're getting the 8 hours of sleep, it shouldn't matter, but I've been really worried about my health lately and I've been feeling extremely fatigued. Would my sleep schedule have anything to do with that?

- it all depends on your body internal clock.
- 2 get it set back 2 normal this is what u gotta do:
- pick a time that u'd like 2 go 2 bed.
- every night before bed take a nice hot shower & in the morning a nice cold shower.
- do this for a week or until your internal body clock is readjusted & set 2 the way u want it 2 be set.
- + it all depends on 1's schedule 2.
- not everyone gets up at the same time or go 2 sleep at the same time.
- it all depends on our time schedules.
& yes it can affect the way 1 feels about themselves.
