No trains go to Laughlin.
You only option is Greyhound bus or a casino junket to fly you there for "free."
Not much there except a few casinos on the river. It's a low class Vegas for meth heads and bikers.
Without a car, you are better off going to Vegas or Reno.
Much easier to get to Reno from SF by public transportation. Amtrak's California Zephyr departs daily.
