why arent gas stations full service?
if they make you pay first then why dont they have someone who puts the gas in for you.

Wouldn't that be nice to have that again.
Better Profit over customer service is why. Good Customer Service was something many felt they could do without more. It's not many can't afford to do just that, it's most would rather have more of the profit than be remember as the good guy who cares enough to take that extra step for customer service.

Because it would Add about another 50+ cents to the Cost of a Gallon of Gas. And would YOU pay THAT much Extra- for Someone to pump it for You ?! :o

You need to move to the garden State, they don't allow you to pump your own fuel in New jersey.
