Weird windows explorer glitch?

For some reason, the "Libraries" folder in Windows Explorer changed to
"䁀C:\Windows\system32\shell32.dll,-50691"

It's not a virus or anything (I've done multiple scans with different software). I recently did the "restore your computer to a previous state" thing, so maybe that has something to do with it? Has anyone experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.

You can replace your shell32.dll with the original from your CD.
This looks like a corrupted shell32.dll

note: don't download from any website or unknown source, this is a critical system file and must be replaced from original CD to ensure your safety.
