Weird youtube glitch?
Ok this started earlier on this year and seems to only affect firefox. When I go on certain videos the youtube player just doesn't work. It's just a black background and is the video time says 0:00/0:00.
The problem can only be solved by watching the video on internet explorer, I'm just curious as to why it only affects firefox, and why it works on Internet explorer. I wish I could show a screen shot but I don't know how.

Firefox is only 32 bit system and your OS may be 64 bit OS. On the Mozilla Firefox site it does state that Firefox was intended for use with only Windowx XP but can work almost as well with Vista and Windows 7 32 bit., but may have problems with Windows/Vista 64 bit.
Even so, I don't use Firefox at all nor any other borwser other than IE9 on Windows 7 32 bit and I got that problem. When Adobe Flash was version 10, there were no (or ver few) problems but version 11 and updates are rife with problems.
Considering that Google as bought the rights to Adobe Flash (or are in cohorts with each other), it could be some sort of proprietory system files that are required to run properly. You will see on the Adobe Flash download site that you only have the Google Chrome option and no other browser to install.
I downloaded Google Chrome, set it as the default browser but I use IE9 as my primary browser and no longer (fingers-crossed) have problems with Youtube and other Flash video uses.

That's weird. I have Firefox too, but it works perfect for me. Maybe you need to update Firefox? Or maybe try using th AdBlocker add-on?
