This is like asking "how long is a piece of string?"
For example, a wedding of about ten people catered by Subway in the middle of nowhere at a park in Wisconsin, with flowers from the brides mother's garden as decorations and a cake from Walmart, will cost a lot less than a wedding of about ten people catered by a high end restaurant or personal chef at a mansion in New York with flowers done by some high end florist and a cake from Carlo's Bakery.
You need to start calling places in your area and find out how much what you want will cost you

Look at it this way. The only must haves for a wedding like this are the officiant (and what he/she costs), and the wedding license. So that's a couple hundred dollars max.
After that, you'd want a small celebration. You could make your signature casserole, order in pizza, etc. It's just the cost of feeding 10-15 people. This would be well under $100.
Cake? Get a sheet cake at Costco or even something like cupcakes or something unique. Maybe $40 total.
That's all you need. You can wear any dress you want (or buy a rack gown for $99 at David's Bridal if you want). Your guy can wear a suit.
Most people would at least want a small bouquet. See what your grocery store has and get one for super cheap if you want one as a memory.
Other than the officiant, it's really no different than having a small party at your home.

What about the cake? Are you making it? getting a sheet cake? Getting a wedding cake?
If you are not making the cake, getting a sheet cake will cut the cost of the cake for a few hundred dollars

Still impossible to say. Are you buying a dress? If so, what is your budget? A plain white dress from your local department store is not going to cost the same as a Vera Wang. Are you having the event catered or are you doing the cooking? What are you eating and drinking? There is a world of difference between a cake and punch reception and a four course meal. Will there be booze? If so, there is a big price difference between getting a keg and buying tons of top shelf bubbly. How many people will actually be there? Ten? Twenty? Fifty? Is this a casual backyard wedding or are you going for a more formal vibe? Will you be renting tables, chairs, and tents to move the party outside? There are too many variables here to really give you an answer.

You'll need an officiant, some food and drinks for your family and friends, and if you don't have enough seating, you will need that. A wedding dress, decor, flowers, and a photographer will of course add to the cost, unless you don't want/need any of those things. You can likely find an officiant for under $100, your marriage license will vary depending on your state, but they usually run under $40. Then food can be as simple or as extravagant as you'd like. Really, you could end up spending anywhere from $100-$10,000, it just depends on you. So figure out everything you want, research the costs, and then start booking.
