it would more than likely end up being at most manslaughter, but if the prosecutors can't prove you killed a person with intent or even knowing they were human, they would more than likely drop the case and deem it a accident. this is on par with hitting someone with your car who's jaywalking on a dark stretch of the road, you had no intent on killing someone and they were not supposed to be there in the first place, so the prosecutor would likely drop it saying it was a accident....Show more

Its probably first degree stupidity to camoflauge yourself as prey, unless, of course, its an international orange deer suit.
