So what you do is you buy 12 packs of waffles and melt them together into one giant waffle. Then, add wheels onto the waffle (this part is optional since the wheels can only be made of 50% bamboo, 25% manure, and 25% the tears of newborn lizards). After that, take the waffle to San Diego and give it Papi Pablo (he has a mustache that resembles a caterpillar and wears a hat 10x his size, can't miss him). Papi will then trade you a rare Pokémon care for the waffle (don't ask Papi where he got the card or what he'll do with the waffle or he'll pee acid on your first born child). Then, head over the San Diego Zoo and visit the giraffe section. Request to speak to Ronaldo to one of giraffes (they'll get you) and give him the card. Ronaldo will then give you a large slab of rare purple armadillo meat, DO NOT LOSE THIS MEAT. After you get the meat go Mission Beach. Put the meat into the ocean but don't let it float away, DO NOT - I REPEAT: DO NOT - ALLOW ANYONE TO BE AROUND YOU. Wait approximately 5 minutes and Miguel the sea-dragon will appear for he will be attracted by the smell of the meat. Give him the meat and a quarter no older than 2005 as an offering. Miguel will accept this and in trade give you a car that can drive on water. This car doesn't run on any sort of fuel (so don't worry about gas) and even comes with it's own gps! The car is super fast so it'll only take about 3 hours to get to Maui! Hope this helps and have fun! Say hi to Ronaldo for me!

You have to go to San Diego and from there you can drive in a tunnel all the way to Maui. There's gas stations and everything in there. Bring plenty of extra cash though. It was like $10 a gallon last time I went.
