are the V8 fusion/tropical farmstand drinks really that good for you?

I know they have a fair amount of sugar in them but I've recently become addicted to the fruit-veggie combo drinks and would like to know if there are any real benefits to them. I'm sure they're better than chugging soft drinks but am I really doing my body a favor by picking up two of these a day?

I don't think there are any ingredients in them that are addicting...you simply really enjoy them...

You can read the labels and see what's in them...the more artificial ingredients and chemicals, the less healthy they are...yes, they are better than soda, if that's your main criteria for choosing a beverage...the one I checked on calorieking.com was 110 calories per cup (8oz) which is not a small amount, considering most people would drink more than 8 oz as a "serving" unless that's the package size for 1 bottle/can/juice box...

One of them now and then probably isn't an issue...look at the ingredient list, as they are listed in order of quantity...if the first several ingredients are fruits and water, that's good...if some form of sugar or other 'junk' is part of the first several ingredients, that significantly reduces the health factor...
