Small pimple on bottom eyelid along lashes?

So i have a small pimple on my bottom eyelid along the lashes, i cant pop it because its in a weird spot, but what i was wondering would be: Is it alright that i put "triple antibiotic" cream on it? it's not "in" my eye so V-V also i have bacatracin and hydrocortozone, and a few other things, will the antibiotic do it or should i try a different cream? let me know please :)

I get them too.
It's called a 'stye'.

Don't use any creams on it. What you need to do is try to stop touching it, use cotton wool to gently wash it with warm water (no soap!) and what also works for me is to place warm tea bags on my eye.
It should clear up in a few days.
