Is this a good daily workout?
I found this video online, it claims to be intense and let me tell you... It is! at least for me. Do you think this is enough for one day or should i add in some sit ups and squats?

Thank you @Librazone 1948, i've cut out sugary drinks , now i tend to stay with water and arizona green tea. I have cut out eating junk food like i had been , though i still need a snack on most days (though now i go with something like gram crackers, or yogurt)
