Is this a good daily workout?

I found this video online, it claims to be intense and let me tell you... It is! at least for me. Do you think this is enough for one day or should i add in some sit ups and squats?

Thank you @Librazone 1948, i've cut out sugary drinks , now i tend to stay with water and arizona green tea. I have cut out eating junk food like i had been , though i still need a snack on most days (though now i go with something like gram crackers, or yogurt)

    I am not quite sure whether that is a good workout routine or not. But there is no definite need to follow an exact workout. You may choose whichever suits you.

    And while doing intense workout, if you get tired you can use this product to get back into normality.

    Its not bad but you could try to go longer to burn off at least 400 calories. You only have to do it 3-4 times per week. Diet is the key to weight loss so cut out all junk foods and limit fat intake.
